9.30am Enticer Duathlon
12years old and up: 2km Run/10km Ride/1km Run
Non timed
10.30am Active Feet Duathlon
Under 7: 50m run/500m ride/50m run non timed
7-12 years old: 200m run/2 km ride/300m run non timed
10-15 years old: 400m run/4km ride/600m run non timed
Course: The course is all enclosed within the centre and free of traffic.

Start time: 9:30 or 10:30am
Registration: 9:00 or 10.00am ( please be aware there will be a race in progress so no riding on the track)
Bike compound closes: Your bike needs to be in the compound before 15 mins from start time.
Finish time: 11.30am (no bikes allowed out until last kid finishes)
Parking: : Entry is via Colchester Road. There is amble parking within the centre and parents are advised to allow time to register.
What to bring: runners, bike, helmet, parents, grandparents, camera and finishing smile.
